Per quanto riguarda il tag note, capisco il punto sulla leggibilità "umana", ma dato che il fine è istituzionale per il CAI FVG, l'uso di note:status che proponevo sopra mi sembra il compromesso perfetto: libera il tag note principale e rispetta gli standard. Sull'obstacle in relazione: se la fonte ufficiale (CAI) segnala l'inagibilità dell'intero itinerario e non fornisce coordinate puntuali, mappare sulla relazione è l'unico modo per non inserire dati inventati o approssimativi sulle singole way. Disegnare un'area natural=landslide senza avere il rilievo preciso della frana sarebbe cartograficamente scorretto. Mi sembra che l'importante sia che l'informazione di pericolo ci sia e sia verificabile tramite il link alla fonte che ho inserito. Buon mapping!

per quanto riguarda il tag note ti comunico che la Wiki lo descrive come una nota per se stessi o per altri mappatori (note=*). Nel mio caso i codici tra # servono a definire codici di agibilità dei sentieri in base alla consuetudine del CAI FVG (agibile, attenzione, inagibile) per essere letti da un software specifico che fornisce pagine web al CAI FVG stesso. Tuttavia, se ritieni che l'uso del tag note non sia appropriato, sono disponibile a esaminare alternative come l'uso di note:status=* nel pieno rispetto del principio Any tags you like (osm.wiki/Any_tags_you_like).

Il tag obstacle è invece specificamente previsto dalla Wiki per node, way e relation e la mappatura è fedele alla pagina web del CAI linkata all'oggetto stesso. Ti invito a consultare la documentazione tecnica sulla Wiki per conferma.

If you don't know how to use JOSM, you can use waymarkedtrails, for example using this link: https://hiking.waymarkedtrails.org/#route?id=13758524 You'll see the relation. At the bottom right is "analyze relation." If you click it, it tells you what the problems are.

Anyway I suggest you to learn JOSM, it takes some time, but for doing some editing on OpenStreetMap it is much better than iD
