I have walked various sections of the trail and there are no signs on the ground that can be traced back to the codes and names of this "relation".
“Relations” must meet certain requirements in order to be mapped; when these requirements are not met, they cannot be maintained.
As stated in the OpenStreetMap documentation (osm.wiki/Hiking), the first requirement is: “The route is signed or otherwise identifiable on the ground”.
In other words, the route must be effectively signed or otherwise recognizable on the ground. In the absence of this characteristic, the “relation” is not mappable and should be removed.

Anche il commento di dp7 è giusto, per i percorsi escursionistici si fa quasi sempre così, e di solito anche per quelli ciclistici.

Ciao, riguardo al Rupa Trail, il punto di collegamento al sentiero CAI 749, a me sembra che sia almeno 20 metri più a nord. L'ho percorso i primi metri domenica scorsa. Hai possibilità di verificare con i tuoi GPX?

@Cortix: secondo me il modo più pulito e trasparente per ripristinare è fare un revert del tuo changeset originale, sempre che questo non impatti troppo su altre modifiche.

@Angelo Giuseppe e Jrachi: Mi pare che Cortix abbia ripristinato manualmente il sentiero, se Cortix ritiene la sua correzione manuale sufficiente o non vuole revertare, potete fare voi stessi il revert.

L'importante è che il dato finale su OpenStreetMap sia corretto. Trovate un accordo sulla strada più veloce per arrivarci.

"CAI 607" non va' nel tag name nè per le way nè per le ralation, ti consiglio di leggere qui: osm.wiki/Hiking

Ciao, grazie mille per la tua precisazione. Ora la situazione è molto più chiara. Indipendentemente da chi ha fatto cosa, la conseguenza di quell'operazione di 'reverting' è che la mappa ora non è corretta. Sarebbe utile correggere questa incoerenza per mantenere la precisione dei dati. Grazie!

Ciao. Ho notato un conflitto di nomi in questa mappatura. L'elemento ha un nome (es. 'Autostrada Sistiana-Rabuiese (tronco II)') mentre il suo nome specifico è 'Galleria Monte d'Oro'. Sarebbe opportuno risolvere il conflitto mantenendo il nome specifico della galleria. L'autostrada ha già un nome sulla relazione, quindi il nome del tronco potrebbe essere gestito diversamente. il sentiero 802 non fa parte dei sentieri CAI, vedi https://www.cai-fvg.it/sentieri-cai-fvg/settore-8-prealpi-carniche/
Forse è stato dismesso dal CAI e sono rimasti i segnavia, in tal caso sarebbe da rimuovere operator=Club Alpino Italiano
