Passes on a forest road that exists, but it is not the official CAI trail.

Ho controllato i dati ufficiali CAI e corrispondono a quanto mappato su OSM. Se sono così vaghi non potrebbero aver visto cartelli che indicano come raggiungere il sentiero 820?

there are duplicate names that are already present here: relation/2833805.
Regarding rivers, I almost never map them and therefore I have no experience, so I ask you, in the case in which the watercourse is very short (a few dozen km) does it make sense to duplicate the names on the ways? Isn't it more logical to set them on the relation?

La cosa migliore è andare sul posto e vedere cosa c'è di reale ed eventualmente correggere i tag, ti consiglio di mettere un fixme così altri mappatori possono farlo.
Sul fatto che il tag disused è riferito solo ad oggetti fisici, non mi pare, il wiki fornisce un campo di applicazione abbastanza ampio, gli esempi sono solo esempi, si deve leggere il testo.

Non sono il creatore della relation nè ho richiesto io di cancellarla, mi sono limitato a mettere un fixme perchè altri mappatori con maggiori informazioni di me potessero valutare se eliminarla o meno. Se tu ritieni sia giusto cancellarla, va bene, ma assumiti le tue responsabilità e non scaricarle su altri.

Ho messo 4 anni fa' "fixme=relazione da eliminare", se vuoi eliminarla puoi farlo tu.

Se ti riferisci a obstacle_description:it, l'uso del tag rispetta il wiki. La descrizione 'inagibile' è il testo usato nella pagina ufficiale CAI (vedi link del website).
Riguardo a "state=closed", quello che leggo nel wiki è che è deprecated, mentre usando taginfo non sembra usato.
