This missed my dupe check because it was 69 meters away from the actual location of the ghost bike and my threshold was 50 meters or a name match. I did fix one record that was at 0,0 by hand earlier.

I hand checked a number when importing and didn't see dupes from the ones that were marked. The dupe checking required 1 match of either name or < 50 meters from a point.

I just sent a changeset through deleting 47 entries that were added that were dupes.
72 were merged and updated for consistency to move the subject -> name as most of them.

Sorry for the problems. Just lost a friend and saw this as an opportunity for her and other cyclists to be remembered since many of the ghostbike sites are defunct.

I didn't realize this was something in the guidelines - it only became an issue after I was doing these one by one and not seeing any dupes that I ended up doing the rest in batch in josm.

Again, sorry for the issues - I cleaned up the issues and will verify again after tomorrow's diff comes out.
