Descriptions in Chinese doesn't make them better. Would recommend checking the other comment I made (Name is the name only, says the wiki), and using shop=greengrocer.

Don't use descriptive names - see osm.wiki/Names#Name_is_the_name_only
China (and Mongolia) doesn't have enough mappers to maintain its data quality. If "literally 50%" of other places in China are tagged like that, then would you mind sharing some of them, instead of using descriptive names in your mapping?
