Ok, I think you are referring to the 4a (relation/9584949) and 4b (relation/9585794) stages.

The Wikipedia page states:
"In Italy, the EV8 goes through Turin, Piacenza (EV5), Mantua (EV7), Ferrara, Venice, and Trieste (EV9)." Piacenza is on the south of the Po River for example.

Also:
"From Pavia, the EV8 follows either of two branches of the BicItalia 2 (BI2) route along the Po river valley: these are the BI 2 Ciclovia del Po e delle Lagune EV8 and the BI 2 Ciclovia Destra Po EV8.", the "Ciclovia Destra Po EV8" passes on the south of the Po River.

The official website (https://en.eurovelo.com/ev8/italy) says: " EuroVelo 8 in Italy is based on the Bicitalia 2 Po Cycle Route"

I personally think that the fixme can be removed.

after this edit this boundary has now a double place value "hamlet;CDP". Could you check it out?

To be honest I don't think the boundary should be mapped as place=* at all since this tag is already mapped on the label node: osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

so I would leave the node element for the place feature and the relation element for the boundary feature.

Also now both boundary and node are tagged as "hamlet" but the wiki says it's a census-designate place, which is a value used already 139 times in the OSM database: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/place=census-designated
Maybe it should be a better value?

I leave the considerations to you since you seem to have local knowledge (which I don't have).

You are writing "Name of this building" but then you are not adding a name=* tag but editing the already existing "addr:housenumber", which should contain the number of the house. Here the housenumber was 5 and you changed it with "5კვარტალი 5 კორპუსი", what does it mean?

Mapping this way seems like the waste disposal is right in the middle of the road. If there's a safety island the road should be splitted in that point. Anyway I doubt someone would put a waste disposal in the island in the middle of the road instead of at one border of it, but if you say so.

https://wiki.openstreetmap.orgdata flags rivers as missing wikidata, this is not true, the wikidata is already tagged in the waterway relation, I can't see the point in duplicate it in ONE of it's members.

Also what you are doing seems like an automated edit, I doubt you cheked every item individually also because you would need local knowlege, see: osm.wiki/Automated_edits
