OpenStreetMap non é una mappa stradale ma un database geografico. É sempre bene prestare massima cautela prima di cancellare elementi per cui altri utenti hanno speso tempo libero per disegnare e mappare.

Roundabouts were explicitly mentioned in the traffic_calming=island wiki documentation since 2021-07-11, those lines where deleted only recently (this year, in 2023-06-14). I don't check every change in the wiki so I missed until now.
