Non capisco tutti questi problemi con Mapillary. Come già spiegato da Andrea esiste un permesso speciale per OSM. Permesso rilasciato fin dal lancio nel 2014, quindi sono quasi 10 anni che viene utilizzato per modificare. Meta tra l'altro dice: "Mapillary apprezza l'attribuzione dei metadati ricavati, ad esempio utilizzando il tag source=Mapillary oppure tramite un link al sito mapillary.com".
"Apprezza" significa che nemmeno "source=Mapillary" é un requisito obbligatorio, figurarsi il nome dell'autore originale delle foto. Chiuderei questa parentesi.

Se sul forum internazionale apri un thread chiedendo come importare i CAP, é normale aspettarsi che altri utenti abbiano domande e dubbi quando cominci ad aggiungerli sul database. Per esempio, perché consultare i siti dei comuni uno per uno se disponi di "public Open Data without any limits or copyrights"?

many of these places seem to have descriptive names, e.g. Korean Restaurant (you mapped it twice 15mt apart btw) is really called that way? or should it be cuisine=korean?

why did you split the roundabout in different sections even if they didn't differ in any way (they have the same tags, the same relations ecc.)?

area=yes è sottinteso da place=square (non esistono place=square disegnati con una way chiusa che non siano aree).
