Hello! Please note that OSM prefers to keep street addresses expanded rather than using contractions. It's easier for a computer to convert "Avenue" to "Ave" than the other way around. I've update the two cases in your neighborhood here. Thanks for making OSM better.

Hey! Welcome to OSM. Thanks for updating your data. Can I ask how you found us and what made you decide to fix the data? We're trying to make it easier for business owners to fix the data on their business and your input would help.

Just make a "Point" instead of a shape. A small shape inside the building makes it harder for people to find. A point is easier for people to find.

Hi! Looks like you're maintaining law office location entries in OSM. Great to have you here. Please note that when one of your clients is a tenant in an existing build you should create a new node inside the building, not modify the existing building. I'll go ahead and do that for you here, but please pay attention to that for your future edits.

Hi! Welcome to OSM. Thanks for improving the map. A quick reminder that copying information from Google Maps is not allowed. You need to verify the information yourself first. Have a great day!

Sorry, I didn't mean for my message to sound like I was "telling you off." The "&utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=mybusiness-website" parts of your URL tell me that they want to attribute clicks to Google My Business (https://business.google.com/en-all/business-profile/). You should remove those tracking parameters if you find them on a URL you're adding to OSM.

Hello! I noticed that node node/5009827085 was moved a long distance in this changeset. This is a common mistake that happens when you click on a point and drag to move the map. The point moves with your mouse instead of the map.

I moved things back to where they were before in changeset/182137330, so no harm done!

To avoid this in the future:
- Try to click on an empty part of the map when you want to move around
- If you see a point move by mistake, press Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo it

Happy mapping!

Ah, maybe Αrtissimo? You correctly removed it.

The problems I resolved were from trying to move the map around in a crowded area. Everything looks OK now. Happy mapping!

When you're adding addresses from a shapefile, make sure you're modifying the addresses so that they match the nearby road names correctly.
