As zstadler said, you need to follow the process outlined in osm.wiki/Import, namely discussing it with the local community.

Once the tiles are rendered, you clean your cache and you reload them map.

Unfortunately, large zoom levels are not rendered very quickly, i.e. the vandalism will still be viewable for a bit. But the data is gone, so it's only a matter of time...

I honestly think this changeset should simply be reverted and done again, properly.

Fussgänger:innen-Routing zu verbessern ist *super*.
Wenn du einer Strasse einen separates Trottoir zeichnest, ist es für Router-Software toll, wenn du der Strasse den Tag `sidewalk=separate` gibst, dann sucht der Router in unmittelbar geographischer Nähe nach einem solchen Trottoir.
