You've added "height (meters) = 0.1" to the parking lot with this changeset.
According to the OSM Wiki, the default unit of 'height' *is* meters, so there's no need to add it: height=*#Units
Additionally, I think that tagging a parking lot with a height of 10 cm does not really make sense.
Why did you tag it this way?

Im Editor, den du verwendest (ID) geht dies, wenn du nach dem Zeichnen die 'q'-Taste drückst.

It seems to me that this is a typo.
Unfortunately, for several items you added both, so I cannot figure out which one is the valid key.
Can you correct this?

Du hast dieses `building=house` einfach über das bestehende Doppel-Einfamilienhaus gezeichnet.
Ich persönlich hätte das Haus halbiert und der linken und rechten Hälfte die korrekten Tags gegeben, wie ich es jetzt im changeset/99730701 gemacht habe (https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=99730701)
Zusätzlich mach aus meiner Sicht `layer=1` keinen Sinn, das würde bezeichnen, dass dieses Haus ob dem anderen liegt.

Ich nehme jetzt einfach mal an, dass das deine Nachbarschaft ist.
Es hilft allen BenutzerInnen von OpenStreetMap wenn du hier noch weitere Hausnummern und Details erfasst.

In dem Fall habe ich mir die Freiheit rausgenommen, ein `level=-1` hinzuzufügen, das beschreibt, dass das Studio im 1. UG ist.
Und nebenbei habe ich noch ein bisschen an Details rumgefrickelt und z.B. die beiden Eingänge im Haus erfasst und das Restaurant etwas verschoben: https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=99360334

Da 'review_requested': Das Studio sieht mir gut erfasst aus, ich hätte es aber wohl *im* Haus drin erfasst, so ist es ausserhalb des Hauses.

It seems to me that the building is not there anymore, so I think that 'demolished' suits it better than 'was', which according to the (English) wiki page is when something is repurposed, e.g. used for something else.
Most importantly in this case is that you capitalised 'Was', which made it show up on the new keys website.
