Since the center points of the cantons can be calculated from the present data, it is not necessary to add them to OSM.
They were removed in changeset/173255219
If (and only if) there's a physical feature present at the center point of a canton or municipality, then this can be mapped of course.
I did so in node/7616510930/history/1

Ich fuhr letzte Woche (mit dem Velo) hier durch und habe Ladestationen hier angeschaut.
Ich finde, dass *keine* der `man_made=charge_point`s hier Address-Tags bekommen sollte, denn die Dinger haben ziemlich sicher keine (postalische) Addresse.
Die Adresse gehört nämlich laut GWR zum Migrolino-Gebäude.
Fingsch OK wenn ich die Adresse dort hinzufüge und bei den Ladestationen entferne?

I've seen this happen for myself with Go Map!!, too when (mis)clicking.
I've remove the way in changeset/173233115.
If it was 'necessary' for mapping something please add it back correctly.
