On the aerial imagery it does not look like it.

Der Doppelspur-Ausbau ist vom Bahnhof Wabern bis an die Morillonstrasse erfolgt (im Katasterplan aber noch nicht ersichtlich: https://opendata.swiss/en/dataset/amtliche-vermessung-farbig-wmts)
Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, wie ich das korrekt taggen würde.
Gleiche ich die Tags 'einfach' an die bestehende Spur an?

Und laut den Gebäudeadressen Bern (https://sosm.ch/building-addresses-canton-berne/) ist node/7346585986 die Nummer 27e und nicht 27d.
Das habe ich auch geändert.

Das Gebäude steht noch, drum habe ich es wieder zurückgeändert.

As far as I can see from the imagery, there are lots of buildings in there, so I changed it to 'landuse=industrial' with changeset/84626647

Here - again - you added a duplicated way with a 'Guided bus lane' on top of the highway: way/798627432#map=16/10.1663/76.4147

This bus lane is not visible on the imagery, and does not seem to make sense.

The 'bridge' here does not need a tag with 'name=bridge', this is osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer
I removed the tag with changeset changeset/84464897

And do you have more information about the field here way/798638470 ?
Tagged like this there's no useable information, is it an agricultural field?

Here I would map the canal (way/798637065) with `waterway=canal' instead of 'waterway=river' and remove the 'name=canal' tag, which seems to be osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer :)

Some hints and tips from a long-time mapper.
- Naming a junction 'junction' does not make sense: node/7467857016
- You have a added a 'bus_guideway' (way/798446331) to a road I edited a while ago (way/644311039). Is there really a way to externally steer a bus here, as described here: highway=bus%20guideway ? I can see nothing like that on any of the available imagery...
- It would be good if you explain what you changed in your changeset comment instead of only writing 'mapping using osm'. Here's some more information on how to write good changeset comments: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments
