The goal of this mass edit was only to standardize the formatting of the phone numbers. I used a bot to assist with the formatting, but I still reviewed each change manually to make sure the visible formatting looked correct. The intention was not to verify whether the numbers or websites are still active.

I understand that some entries may still have issues, such as closed sites or numbers that should not be converted to the international format. I see those as a separate maintenance task that would require checking the current validity of the data, rather than just its formatting. If the community thinks that kind of verification should be done first or together with formatting changes, I'm happy to discuss that approach before making further edits.
