If the paths exist but aren't allowed to use, adding access=no is good approach

The single reason to delete these paths is that they don't exists on the ground. All reasons mentioned above aren't valid for deleteion

I have a couple of minor notes regarding your edits. You added the name "muddy path" to the path. It's better to avoid such naming, because it isn't a proper name. If you want to describe the path surface, you can add the tag surface=mud to it instead.

"wise cow's path" also sounds strange.

Instead of (or additionally to) description=private property I'd add access=private

На самом деле мост прямой. В этом можно убедиться, если посмотреть на ортофотоснимки (их можно использовать в ОСМ) http://openstreetmap.ge/orthophoto

А если посмотреть на снимки Esri по которым, как я понял, ты его «искривил», то там он теперь изогнут в другую сторону :)

Hello! As I can see from satellite imagery, the area you drew isn't a building but a plot surrounded by a fence or a wall, and the building itself occupies only a share of this plot. If so, please adjust this polygon to the shape of the building itself, and draw the enclosure in another way.

On the ground, three buildings have official plates with the same number 79. But there is a shop with a plate with the number 79a in one of them. Another building has a sticker with ბ letter over its official plate. So I decided to use these controversial but unique addresses

I see two fitness_station's created/edited by you (one of them called "climbing area") except the sports_centre represents the climbing area itself (one more node I've already deleted). What did you mean? The climbing area itself or the fitness areas within the climbing area?
