This is a pedestrian arcade.
Running (roughly) North/South.
There is an entrance at the Southern end (by BJs Plaice (see StreetView)) and the Northern end forms a T junction with the (roughly) East/West passage that goes all the way through the shopping centre (from the East Car Park to the West Car Park).
