there is no requirement to make comments only in English :) feel free to do it in your own language

feel free if you see that it's reasonable, I just noticed the poorly made comments - didn't see any stuff which was removed and re-added

but yeah, still not very good tho.. not sure about removing and re-adding the features issue...

well, at least now there are _some_ details like "fix grass" or "fix garden" hehe, wasn't there before :)

and also in cases of buildings which are being built, please use building=construction tag, not landuse=construction which is for the whole construction territory - I see you added those landuses incorrectly in some places like way/1434488617/history

странно что у вас столько изменений в OSM но не знаете что надо оставлять насколько то информативные комменты, очевидно что любые изменения тут это "Изменены/дополнены данные"
