| 183641568 | Angļu valodas teksts zemāk / English below Sveiki, Vizma un Artūrs, Esmu pievienojis aprakstu angļu valodā ar dažām detaļām.
Lai gan esmu pārliecināts, ka to pievienot prezentācijas laikā konferencē „SotM Baltics 2026“ būs diezgan satraucoši. Izmaiņas veiktas
Izmaiņas var redzēt vizuāli šeit:
Ar cieņu, Daniel --- Hey Vizma and Artūrs, Added english description with some details.
though I am sure it is nerves of adding this while presenting at SotM Baltics 2026. Modified in

| 165865525 | The remaining not:natural=wood are large multi-crown standalone trees which are easily mistaken for a forest/wood / multiple trees if solely based of aerial imagery. I'll personally keep them for now, though they exist in many places. However, feel free to remove them but with risk that armchair mappers will just add more trees where there are none. |

| 159636756 | The only noteable thing here is they support showing cars actually driving on the left since about a month
A derived list of supported tags is at
It does not seem relevant to this changeset though ;-) |

| 141942125 | If the name -be it english, gaelic, etc.- is no lnoger in common use, it is not used by OSM, except some old_name (or name:[year]) though this is better suited for OpeHistoricalMap. It'd be better to consult the forums in any case. |

|
| 141942125 | Note OSM preferably has only names in common use.
as mentioned above there might, if at all, be only a single source actually using it for this place.
|
|
| 141942125 | Hey jSeke, I would suggest removing the gaelic name you added in
As you now know, gaelic names are not always the local/common name. The only website which seems to be using this name seems to be Am Baile, but it is possible they are using an openstreetmap-based geocoder.
Though if you can find a verifiable, preferably local source for this name, it is of course welcome.

You can see the changes at
Guidelines
- One feature, one OSM element
It is a single archaeological site, originally/historically and in common current name -eventhough bisected physically by road or other features-, unless otherwise noted in HEV/NIAH/... - map features independently where they do not follow current/existing features) except ie. in part residential landuse
use separate areas only if actually needed and prefer using a multipolygon or site relation (unless the only common/different detail is ownership, rather than type/ref) Regards, Daniel |

| 182592862 | Hey CrS19, I have changed the geometry and tags in this changeset. Archaeological sites have their own tags.
In iD, in the right sidebar, there is the Background layers menu (three layers) if you need more layers for reference. In the UK there is Digital Terrain Model (elevation) available. For questions and discussion, join the local community at
