regarding Contrada San Silvestre/Contrada San Silvestro: two of my coworkers live on that street and their address is "Contrada San Silvestro", with an O, on their official documents. Do you think it's possible that some numbers are officially listed as "San Silvestre" while others as "San Silvestro"?
I won't create another changeset, I wanted to talk to you about this first.

No, that was not armchair mapping. I visited Silvi on July 4th and the last image you linked was the actual sign I saw while driving (I really didn't know the road was still closed). I then walked along Via San Rocco to get to Silvi. I talked to some people and they told me the road was closed near the cemetery and also the water cleaning facility, that's why I tagged the whole part as access=no. Then I read the article talking about how the road was still closed, and I linked it to you.
Also, this area (way/1205800823) has now become a parking lot (still grass surface, but cars can park here), and on its northeastern-most point there's the shuttle stop (cost €1) to bring you to Piazza Largo della Porta, but I didn't know how to tag it.
Thank you for being able to do other surveys in the area.

My source for this change in the street name is from the corner sign at its easternmost point (42.45586, 14.13591).
I didn't change the ref tag because, as you can see on Wikipedia, the part before Cappelle sul Tavo is not under state management but still under Provincia di Pescara management, which calls it SR16bis.

riguardo le fermate: non mi ero accorto che avessero il tag not:network:wikidata, appena ho un momento libero risolvo i problemi che ho creato.

this was actually an edit I wasn't so sure creating... You're right, it's strange that you see nothing on the map but it is still there... Also we shouldn't map for the rendering, but I was thinking: maybe I should map the bridge/asphalt area since it is still there?
