In general, you shouldn't be using the name to describe the object in OSM. We have a lot of tags to describe characteristics and uses of the building, which you can find on the wiki.

An example for this case: building:colour=*

This looks like an apartment building. Does this business take up the entire building? Is it open to the public/customers?

Also, the bicycle parking should only be represented by one object (the node or the way). I deleted the node.

Crossings can be tricky - in this case they look good, but I would use a separate object for each direction of the crossing, instead of one long one. Also, there should be a highway=crossing node at the intersection of the northbound side of Murphy Road.

Hi Valentina, can you explain why you made this classification change? highway=primary is for major roads connecting population areas. I think this should probably continue to be a service road.
