Hi aryanvombatkere

In the future can you please include this source in your changeset description or source tag? This is ideal to prevent future issues with where the data might have came from. Additionally, if OpenStreetMap editing is something your company does often please read osm.wiki/Organised_Editing and create a page on the wiki following those instructions and link it on your profile. This is so that other mappers know you are mapping on behalf of a company. If you need any help with this process please reach out!

Welcome to OSM!

What source have you been using for taxiway letters all over the world? You've stated the Australian source but have since edited multiple airports worldwide adding the same type of data

185590000

Hi,

What are your sources for any non geometry related changes? Such as taxiway references

185539113

"My plan is to map all Australian airports following this AMDB‑inspired scheme, and then submit a formal proposal to the OSM community suggesting updates to the current mapping rules."

Imports or mass editing should go to the community proposal stage before any changes are made, especially at scale such as this. Did you contact the Australian community prior to starting this project?

Additionally, please check that the links in future changeset comments exist, this one leads to a page not found error.

As per above, do you have permission to use these charts as a source for OpenStreetMap? What about the rest of the changesets involving airports in other countries, what is the source for those?

185539113

Hi,

What are your sources for these changes? Your changeset doesn't list any.

Hi,

Are you able to explain what the notes added to each street mean?

Thanks,
Phoebe

they are refuge islands yeah, sorry i mustn't have been paying attention when mapping them, thanks for pointing it out!

In the future, its best practice to reach out to the mapper before reverting changesets to come to a soultion.

184106981

What was the justification for reverting? I'm not aware of any local consensus requiring addresses on buildings instead of nodes, both are in common use. One feature one element does not apply in this situation as normally the address is for the land parcel not the building, unless different locally.

open to interpretation! I'm thinking about possibly changing it, but am unsure as it's kind of recognisable now

156995693

Not sure why that happened sorry, must have been a typo. I've removed it now, thanks for pointing it out!

Hi,

Southern Hospitality supplies cooking equipment and should not be tagged as a hospital

Hi, I'm wondering if you meant to add this node or if it was a mistake?
node/12459781568
Thanks!

A few more of the stray untagged nodes, hopefully to help you figure out what's causing them

node/13763208555/
node/13763208552/

Adding on to this, I've noticed a few of your changesets seem to be leaving stray nodes such as node/13741752198/ but this may be related to the above issue.

Hi,

Are you able to clarify what the source of these thousands of buildings you've been adding each day is? Please follow osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines and clearly mark that these changesets are an import and link to the relevent wiki page in the future.

Thanks, Phoebe

Hi,

I have no problems with ducks=yes or ducks=intermittent. There doesn't seem to be an established tag so feel free to make your own as you have done here! Perhaps ducks=intermittent as so kindly suggested by Matt would fit better though.

Thanks,
Phoebe
