Well the tree wasn't positioned wrong (the piers were, all of them). It's the coastline which is wrongly drawn here. If you had adjusted the coastline the tree would have rooted in solid soil. (sorry for my sarcastical tone).
So the tree is now in wrong position and so is part of the coastline.

Why is this pier (way/991707092) still blocking the highway? How could this wrong positioning have happened? Automatic edit?

Those two piers (way/991707093 and way/991707094) are still blocking my way into the marina. This is not just sarcastical. I have a certain attatchment to this harbour/marina myself, as I am boating from and to this harbour, so these piers are blocking trafik there.

But more importantly is the question how this placing of all these piers so wrongly could happen.

Hej, när man kör en validering på de områden som du på sistone har editerat, så får man en massa varningar av typen (overlapping identical land uses respektive mixed type duplicated nodes).
Tror du att du skulle kunna åtgärda detta samt att undvika att sådana fel uppkommer?

Du har i cs (https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=112337588) infogat en hel del flytande båtbryggor (dels på landbacken dels blockerandes farleden som används av fritidsbåtar för att nå resp bryggplats inne i hamnbassängen). Har du för avsikt att rätta till detta? Sedan skulle det i och för sig vara intressant att få veta hur du kunde komma på idéen till detta. Är det fråga om någon slags automatierad editering?
