Hej, placed a node with tag place=island on an existing island (they are called islet in osm, being so litle as this is). The existing islet is named "Bodskär", while you named your node "Skarvs Bodskär" Now you probaly ment to name the existing islet to have this name. There are several ways to do that, either alt_name or official_name. Have a look at osm-help: osm.wiki/Names. Please delete the island-node and attatch a name-key (alt_name or official_name) to the existing island with key your islet-name.

Your comment is about the park, not about changing highway=path to highway=cycleway. Why did you retag correct edited highways?

Aren't cyclists allowed to cross here (way/740748987)? Then tagging is ok. Otherwise routing will not work for bicycle. As far as I know this tagging is for crossing of opposite sidewalks; not for cycleways.

I don't grasp the last sentence. Is it: things you edit may not be touched afterwards by others?

You have reverted - without prior discussion - my changeset. This is not the propper way we are doing things on osm! You put your viewpoint forward for discussion first.

You have commented the reversel "The forests don't cover the streets -> revert". It is - you as a newbie with under 200 edits maybe don't know this yet - common practise to cover highways with forest-areas, yes even forest-multipoligon-areas. Would you please comment on those examples; will you delete or reverse these edits as well?

As we are talking of unwarranted reversels I will again (as I did in the comment) point out that you in changeset changeset/76411741#map=12/65.7418/24.4497 deleted a lot of islands/ilets (https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=76411741). You have still not reverted your faulty changeset. You may not be aware that coastlines (like those around islands/islets) are not immedeatly updated. So even if the islands are still on osm-carto, the are indeed deleted by yourself.

So, as a beginner on osm you ar quite busy vandalising osm. And you are not at all eager to rectify your changeset-errors (deletions). If this conntinous I will most certainly report this.

Das habe ich mir schon gedacht. Dachte aber, dass es etwas hoch-präzises wäre, so wie gps-rtk oder so. Also nur ein Referenzpunkt. Gut danke schön! Uebrigens, die overlay-Karten sind noch immer häufig versetzt. Heidenarbeit das alles richtig auszurichten bevor man anfängt neue Gebiete zu zeichnen. Mach's gut!

Hej, jag har tagit mig friheten att göra om travträningsbanan från bridleway. Hoppas att du inte misstycker. Jag tror "trafiken" på bridleway normalt håller betydligt lägre hastighet än "track och horse_racing".

You must be aware that we are not primarily drawing a map as seen on osm.org. We are (in our sparetime) gathering information about geografical items which are stored in a database. This databaseinformation can than be used to make maps or for other purposes. This is the core of osm; database-feeding. The databaseinformation can be used for routing-purposes; eg Garmin. It is therefore important that foot-/bicycleways are tagged right. I have noticed that you retag almost every way bicycle-/footway (wheather it is path och footway or cycleway) into bicycle=designated+foot=designated+highway=cycleway. Well some days ago you tagged highway=footway insted (as ferosiously as you now tag "cycleway"), but changed to cycleway. I commented this and sent you the relevant weblink. It is not the purpose that all foot-/bicycleways are blue on the map but that the ways are tagged right so to facilitate routing. You wan't listen to that and I find it frustrating that you don't grasp this. Furthermore you are doing tit-for-tat-editing. When I change ways, you will change back without relevant comment. That is not a good idea for a community-project like osm. +++ So, remember it's database-gathering, not mapdrawing what this is all about.

Well I do not contest that this is a park. But you yourself are talking of "lummig skog" in your comment. This is tagged as leisure=park with landcover landuse=forest. This is'nt a case of tagging for the renderer? You did this earlier on at Vallarnas Fritidspark as well and on other places in the north; allwas parks. + + + Now that you are talking; what about the other questions about your deletion of buildings, breaking of multipolygons, moving of rocks at sea and mapping fancy breakwater-barriers. Will you please answer, thank you. Why are you changing correct tagging into wrong tagging for combined foot-/cycleways? And this in grand style, without considering routing problems you create. Well give us an answer.

You retagged this (way/725142657/history), before your retagging highway=path. You changed this (way/609313516/history) to highway=footway. How should cyclists behave when they come to the now footway (where cycling is not allowed)? I think you are changeing a great deal of ways without thinking through questions of routing beforehand.
