"access=yes" means, that everyone is allowed to use the street (even vehicles).
I can reproduce the problem of no pedistrian routing by using Valhalla: osm.org/directions?engine=fossgis_valhalla_foot&route=50.77229%2C6.08726%3B50.77178%2C6.08596#map=19/50.77226/6.08633. In my opinion there is something wrong in the OSM data which affects the routing but I think just adding "access=yes" (or "foot=yes") is the wrong approach, because those ways should be routable by default for pedestrians.

OK, das hat sich schnell geklärt. Ich war da wohl auf dem falschen Dampfer, sorry.
Vielleicht trotzdem noch ein Tipp für die Zukunft: Nur die betroffenen Nodes vom Umriss bzw. Geländer lösen. Damit wäre der Weg mit dem maxheight unter der Brücke erhalten geblieben.

die Änderung im Bereich der Melatener Brücke hängt wohl mit note/4178908 zusammen. Hier sind aber nicht die OSM-Daten das Problem, sondern StreetComplete, da weder das Routing ein Problem hat, noch diverse Validatoren. Mir ist auch nicht klar, warum SC überhaupt fragt. An dem Node war gar kein barrier=* erfasst, er ist lediglich Teil eines Wegs mit barrier=fence. Dieser hat aber eindeutig ein layer=1 gesetzt.
Ich würde vorschlagen die Änderung zurückzusetzen, da es offenbar korrekt gemappt war.

Nur zum Teil. Es fehlen die Informationen, die vorher in way/261740049/history enthalten waren (3 Spuren, turn:lanes...; das rot markierte Stück im o.g. OSMCha-Link). Du müsstest dafür way/261740050 aufteilen und entsprechend taggen.

way/98779963: Es gibt hier keine bauliche Trennung zwischen Abbiegespur und Straße. Das war vorher mit lanes-Tagging korrekt erfasst. Änderst du das daher bitte wieder zurück.

Please note that we map turn lanes as own ways only if they are structurally separated. That is not the case here. Instead the lanes tagging scheme is used, see lanes=*. Also you do not need to add "oneway=no" to roads because that is the default.

I would agree if there is also a road on German ground connected, but the whole roundabout only connects Dutch roads, so I think it is subject only to Dutch traffic law - even it was built (by permission) partly on German ground.
But I guess that could only be cleared by local authorities.

Thanks for the explanation. The vDOP are no longer available because they are preliminary (the "v" stands for "vorläufig"). Sometimes these images have an offset, but as I mentioned you won't be able to see the benches on them because of the roof.
Whatever, I think the local community will correct it. :-)
