I'm not sure it's completely correct either and the rendering bothers me, but I'm not sure I can figure this out and I don't have time right now to decipher this mess.

It did not display the way it should in bike maps like CyclOSM and Waymarked Trails Cycling.

I did not know what was wrong and was trying to fix it. I tried using two relations because sometimes using semicolons ( ; ) in tags is inadvisable.

According to this: osm.wiki/Talk:Relation:route#Semi-colon_separated_route_values it seems both methods are used.

Using two relations seems to have fixed the issues in CyclOSM rendering, but I am still not sure how to map this properly.

I will do some more research and I might revert this later.
