This change was part of cleaning up unclosed polygons. It was over a year ago so I don't remember this specific change, but I can only imagine that I inadvertently joined it to another waterway that was tagged as a ditch. I do not believe I intended to change the type or name.

I'm travelling right now, so it will be a few weeks before I can investigate any further or fix it myself. If you know what needs doing then feel free to do so.

It looked like part of the school from the information I had available. I'm happy to revert based on your local knowledge, and maybe add a school grounds area to make it clear the two are separate
