'We' now have access=permit that would be better .. I don't know how that would be rendered .. or used for route planing. Presently these render ok and used for route planning ok.

Adding default values, such as oneway=no, just contributes to data bloat.

To fix:
The duplicated nodes should be selected then merged into one node.

The JOSM Validator should identify these for you before you try to save the date. You can run the JOSM validator at any time to check your work before adding more stuff.

Make a simple way that is the building foot print, plce the tags on that and delete the relation. If you want you could tag the individual ways as building:part... or simply delete them too.

I have taken the mall buildings and the Pukeroa Oruawhata House building relations and deleted them.
I have replace them with simple ways with appropriate ways.
The OSM guide is one feature = one OSM entry .. as the Mall has one entry that covers the entire block under a landuse key I have removed the mall name on the building.

I think that should do?
