Looking at the roof, it looks like the original building was kept, and the larger building added on two sides.

The larger building needs slight tidying up. It might make sense to make Finnebrogue Artisan a building again and reduce the size of the larger building .

Gortataggart Way is now visible on Esri World Imagery. I've updated the roads and landuses.

Given that the housing appears to be modular, the easiest way to correct size and position might be to accurately map a pair of units, add as many tags are as sensible, combine them in a relation and copy+paste for all the rest, deleting the existing ones.

I've changed very little of the geometry, but have added a load of tags to the L3020, Snugborough Road, Snugborough Road Extension and adjacent junctions: changeset/185626126

However, I'm not sure that all the traffic lights are represented correctly.
