also I'm pretty sure that ramps can have ref's and unsigned_ref's on them

First of all, as per https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/unifying-florida-ref-and-other-related-tagging-sr-vs-fl/141158/33 we use "SR" in ref's in Florida so the ref should have been added as "SR T". Second of all I have never heard mainline Florida's Turnpike referred to as "FL T" or "SR T", so I am pretty sure that the ref you added is more than likely incorrect.

This dentists office already existed on the map, by adding another copy of it you duplicated it, that is generally discouraged. It would have been better if you had modified the existing object.

I am asking because there are a few things off about this. The most important is that addr:street contains addr:postcode and sometimes addr:unit which should be split into separate tags. there is also the fact that these seem to be missing tags according to iD, specifically brand=Little Free Library
+ brand:wikidata=Q6650101.
