3-storey is right across the street and 5-story is just to the south of Wasabi and the plaza. A 5-storey building there would be interesting.

It could be residential or office, and they could add on and build it higher. The buildings across the street and next door have retail (including restaurants) on the ground level and offices and apartments above. I could see a developer come in and turn that into a 3- to 5-storey building just like across the street.

Continuing with that logic, although it was built as a restaurant (because it has a kitchen), it's actually not condemned to even be retail. They could rip all that out and convert it to an office. So then we should revert to building=yes until we see what happens there!

Rationale for changing addr:street from "Highway 228" to "OR-228". The signs don't say "Highway 228" or "OR 228" or "OR-228" but just "228". However, the sign shape tells us it's an OR state highway. This is similar to UT where they use the beehive shape. CO signs have a stylized "CO" and TX signs say "TEXAS". Saying "Highway 228" isn't sufficient because that doesn't specify if it's county, state, or federal. All in agreement?

No bikes or anything at this station, though, because it's Tesla-only. Just confirmed at Tesla's "Find Us" map, https://www.tesla.com/findus . If you only check Destination Charger > Other EV, this one doesn't show up but others do, all on the east side of Denver (and 1 in Boulder, 1 in Longmont).

Wow, I had it in my bookmarks that Buffalo Exchange closed July 2020! Do you know what year it opened? I forgot what it was before.

I can do it, but I'd like to add a dated old_name, like old_name:2010-2025=Buffalo Exchange or just the closing date like old_name:-2025=Buffalo Exchange. Do you remember when it closed?
Also, do you know when Crossroads opened? Then we can add start_date=2025 or whatever it was.

Now that Crossroads is in there, the space is not disused anymore, but we could add old_name=Buffalo Exchange. Want to do it? In this case there's only one building, so it's a moot point, but if there were several buildings (like nextdoor to the west: Steeplechase III), then each building will usually have its own address). For RiverPointe I left the address on the building. Is that good?

Interesting. BTW, this street doesn't even need a West (or East) because it only extends for a few blocks west of Broadway, the east-west divider for metro Denver. To the east of Broadway the name changes to Dad Clark Drive. It always makes for troublesome navigation when the street you're on suddenly changes its name, but I'm not in charge of that. :)
