В OSM классификация (статус) автодорог определяется трафиком и административным уровнем соединяющим НП. Я знаком с дорогами муниципального значения гораздо выше статусом, чем primary.

Да еще и в тупик.

А с каких пор в хутора статус автодороги стали определять по региональным НПА? Не крутовато ли будет поднимать статус до primary?

Адреска вещь полезная, но делать ее необходимо правильно. А то тяп-ляп получилось. А началось все с названий улиц и переулков. Статусная часть почему сокращена или отсутствует? Удалит DWG весь этот кошмар и правильно сделает.
Попробуйте ознакомиться с адресацией по микрорайонам. Примерно так же делается и адресация по территории.

Добрый вечер. Адресация вещь нужная, но не надо ее вносить от балды. Ни один СНТ вокруг Сибиряка не входит в состав Нефтеюганска. Смотрите на полигоне СНТ правильные теги. addr:city на зданиях неуместны.
