Your source tag here says "Google Earth". We are not allowed to copy from Google Maps (see osm.wiki/FAQ#What_images_and_maps_may_I_use_to_make_maps_from.3F for details) so you need to stop doing this immediately.
We (OpenStreetMap's Data Working Group) will go through your changes and will need to remove data that's been added from Google. This may take some time, but please do be aware that features that you have added from Google will disappear.

@sdlkje thanks for the explanation. It'd be really helpful if as well as or (even instead of) the hashtags you used meaningful comments on changesets - without those, all I see above is "Hadjer-Lamis, Chad", which is fairly obvious from the location.

You've changed the landuse on way/291482742/history from "police" to "grass". When I was last here it was a Police dog-training facility; is it no longer used for that? If so, then "landuse=grass" doesn't really make sense as it's not really the "landuse" here.

Please don't add the Arabic for "cafe" as a "name" to places such as node/4568623592 . If it has an Arabic name then by all means add it; but if it doesn't, please don't.
Also - is it perhaps a duplicate of the "Carpo" next door?

node/2917982861 now has conflicting names - you'll need to use a proper editor (not MAPS.ME) to change it. If it's a Byron Burger I'm guessing that the cuisine is no longer Spanish also?
