Somehow the learnosm test data managed to get uploaded in the middle of the Atlantic in this changeset - I've deleted it.

Sounds like a bug with Mapbox's rendering to me (although over the next 6 months or so it'll be likely as wrong as right!).

Ah OK - I was hoping you'd been there recently and could confirm that there really are 3 parallel roads here (or not).

I see that wsay22 is active again in changeset/42918731 and others. If you'd like any action from the DWG (a message, a block, whatever) just let us know by an email to data@osmfoundation.org .

Just checking - are you aware of http://mmwatch.osmz.ru/ that allows you to revert stuff immediately?

Whilst MAPS.ME edits by new users can be annoying, in this case it was the user's first ever OSM edit, and likely the first time that they'd used MAPS.ME, which has _really_ confusing mixture of bookmarks, notes and feature change options.
Given that it's a new user, rather than "Again some bullshit change from
vandalism mapsme-account" a more appropriate comment might have said something like "Hello and welcome ... you probably haven't realised it, but you're updating a map that everyone can see!"

Just for info, I've moved the designation tag to the footpath added just to the south way/187874911/history and added a fixme to a node on that because it probably doesn't go through a lake :)

Just checking - are you sure there are three separate roads here? It's a long time since I've been here but isn't way/380100541 just a right-turn lane to the pub? I know you didn't map it originally but presumably you've been there recently, hence the question.

Does the footpath way/436672582 connect across to the cycleway and the Denchurch Road and does the footpath at the other side of the road connect to it?
If so, then join the footpaths at the road - that way anything relying on OSM for routing information will be able to route from one to the other.

Actually, as this entry was added via the MAPS.ME app, the user won't have much choice about what font to use. If there's a problem that needs solving in the app, best to mention it on https://github.com/mapsme/omim/issues .

@Soe Lin Tun - if you're wondering what all this is about, don't worry - it arose out of a discussion about trying to persuade people mapping in Burma/Myanmar to use Unicode (an international standard for characters) instead of Zawgyi (somewhat locally used, but not really usable elsewhere). We're actually very grateful that you're adding fast food places to the map!

If it's not a caravan site I'd just leave the parking area tagged such. You can see some other suggested tags over at amenity=parking .

Well, until they login to the osm.org site to clear the message @Chalit%20Kaewjaroon/blocks they're still not able to edit the map. Whether you'd call this "vandalism" rather depends on whether they realise they're actually updating a shared map at all.

Hehe - it'd be great if you could update the map (or even just add a few OSM notes) to say what's still there and what isn't.
I think that the person that added most of the stuff here isn't a regular OSM contributor any more, and I live on the other side of the country - my visits to Crewe are maybe once or twice a year.

Oops - one of the nodes in this changeset was at latitude 0, longitude 0. I've deleted it.
