(s/the/them in first sentence and s/cmmunity/community later - apologies)

To be clear - You questions do not reflect what I an asking the to do.
I am asking them to follow a _process_ as documented at osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines . Do that, and they will need to ask questions of the rest of the OSM cmmunity and we will help.

111064067

Whatever the source of way/981991478 is it is not Bing (which is what the source tag of this changeset suggests). Bing has 5 adjoined buildings of a different shape; this changeset just way/981991478 and way/981991481 .
We would need to know the source of the data to ensure that the licence under which it was made available was compatible with OSM.

(to reiterate what I've written on the other changeset)
Please, read osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines and discuss what you plan to do before doing any more work. "drawing in an empty layer and uploading" is exactly the wrong way to add data to OSM.
We are trying to help you, but having you continually arguing (and calling me a liar on Ticket#2021092510000174) really does not help us to help you.
As you follow osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines you will see that it says in step 2 "Discuss your plan. Email the OSM community to notify them of your plans, including a link to your wiki page. You can do this with an email to (at a minimum) imports@openstreetmap.org, talk-(your country)@openstreetmap.org, and the OSM group specific to the area directly impacted by the import". Follow the guidelines, including all the steps that you have to perform on the way, and the OSM community globally will help you to achieve your goal.

111668407

Most of those questions that you have written above bear no resemblance to any that I have asked you.

What I asked you to do was quite simple - follow osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines . It appears that whoever is doing this work has stopped before line 1 of "prerequisites" as they have clearly failed to "Gain familiarity with the basics of OpenStreetMap, including editing, such as adding details of your neighbourhood."

If they follow that they'll discuss the source used with the wider OSM community, and discuss the source associated with whatever imagery or other sources that they are using.

Given the errors in the re-imported data, we'll likely need to remove this again so please, before any more adding to OSM, ensure that whoever is doing this work follows the procedure properly next time.

111670107

For completeness, just running the JOSM validator across a tiny area of this data results in significant errors - way/983064112/history overlaps way/983064115 , for example. In the previous import there were more - way/983046620/history apparently has a road running through it.

(for the benefit of anyone else without access to the DWG ticket referred to above)
This "revert of a revert" was indeed "discussed with Andy Townsend in the DWG in [Ticket#2021092510000174]", in as much as I asked repeatedly for the source of the data and got nothing but obfuscation in response. We're still waiting.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group.

@lockdownguy You yourself have been asked over and over again what the source is for this data is (by me, in response to the DWG ticket that you raised - Ticket#2021092510000174).
So far you have refused to provide a source, giving only meaningless answers similar to "This is not an import, this is thier work as they draw in a big file". Please - answer the question - what is the source of the data? Without an answer we'll have to remove it from OSM as we've no idea whether the data source is compatible with OSM's licence.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, also from OSM's Data Working Group.

> uploading a 10,000 nodes as a one changeset is not an evidence of an import,

For the avoidance of doubt, uploading 10,000 nodes in one changeset is either evidence of an import or a _very_ broken working procedure that is likely to have the same problems (e.g. lack of conflation) as an undiscussed import.

Hello,
The Lachin Corridor seems to have changed shape again since this changeset.
A week ago: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1bvP
Now: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1bvO
Has there been any on the ground change that you're aware of?
Best Regards,
Andy

OK - thanks.

Ciao,
Distinti saluti,
Andy

Hello,
I notice that there's no comment on this changeset. I wonder if that's because Vespucci's confused about languages? The changeset says that Vespucci's "locale" is "en-XC" rather than "it" or similar - maybe the prompts for "changeset comment" and "changeset source" are missing?
Vespucci uses your phone's language and locale - I wonder if that could be changed?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
On way/977813230/history (similar to the previous example I commented on) you've explicitly removed bicyle, foot and horse access - are you saying that you know that there isn't bicycle, foor and horse access here?
If not, what is the path for?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello AlwynWellington,
Andy from the Data Working Group here. Someone's mentioned to us that you've been deleting access tags here - see http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=722844462 as an example.
By removing these tags are you saying that no-one knows what access is allowed here or even what sort of path it is? If highway=path is next to useless as a tag on its own; if it really is a shared access cycleway then highway=cycleway; foot=yes; bicycle=yes or similar would make sense.
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
Just wondered - is way/116686086/history (the cycleway) still there? It seems to be underneath way/47237323 .
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
What is a "bag update "?
Best Regards,
Andy

111529624

Hello,
You've deleted relation/8383304/history here (it was a no right turn that made no sense because the "from" way was one-way _away_ from the "via" node). It might be helpful to say in a bit more detail what you've changed (e.g. as well as "Fixed mapping of the road. Based on multiple drivers feedback and Mapillary. " also say what the multiple drivers' feedback actually was.
Best Regards,
Andy
