There's also some patching up of landuse=farmland in here too, based on Bing imagery and (to the south of the area) survey. More still to do - what is in OSM is very roughly drawn in places.

(not room for it in the initial comment but) also based on survey 27/6/2021

Hello,
In this edit you've changed the wikidata entry for the weather buoy at lat 0, lon 0 from https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q24041662 ("instance of weather buoy") to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q16896007 ("instance of fictional island"). If you want to add a wikipedia link I'd add https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bou%C3%A9e_Soul .

Andy

Hello 北京的睡袋,
In this changeset you've added a "1" to the end of the name of http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=478984382 . This seems an odd change - does the name really have a "1" at the end?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello Jobigutenburg,
Thanks for your update here, but it'd be really helpful to everyone else if you could provide more description than simply "Edit City".
As you can see from http://osm.mapki.com/history/node.php?id=248436981 this place gets _lots_ of edits so it'd be really helpful to know what you've changed and what the source of that change was.
If your mobile editor does not allow you to provide a more helpful changeset comment then you can always add something to the changeset discussion (like I'm doing now). It's perfectly possible to do that on a mobile phone.
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello TextClick,

Just to re-iterate what someone's already said over at changeset/107234988 , we can't actually use Google Maps that as a source in OSM because the Google's licence doesn't allow it to be used here. Unfortunately we'll need to revert and redact those 5 changesets where you've used it.

If you've got any questions please email data@osmfoundation.org and we can explain in more detail.

Best Regards
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group

(oops - looks like I already asked this at changeset/103125445 )

Hello,
I've just moved some of the TPT at relation/10508149#map=18/53.66845/-1.46792 from the Superroute to the Leeds-Wombwell route to fill in a gap that had appeared at http://ra.osmsurround.org/analyzeMap?relationId=10508149 . However, I've just spotted that the Superroute has some other ways in it near Wakefield at relation/4139041 - presumably they shouldn't be there, but do you think it would be best to add them to a new relation, or to the Leeds-Wombwell route or something else?
I've not looked how they came to be like this, I'm just asking you because you're mapping in the area.
Cheers,
Andy

Hola jesus0607,
¿Puedes explicar por qué borraste tantas cosas aquí? Como no coincide con las imágenes, lo revertiré en caso de que haya sido un error.
Atentamente,
Andy

Hello jesus0607,
Can you explain why you deleted so many things here? As it doesn't match the imagery, I'll revert it in case it was a mistake.

Andy

Hello,
Just for info re the route of the Jorvic Way through the former North Selby mine - The stile that allows access over Halfpenny Dyke at relation/1069837#map=19/53.88812/-1.01830 is visible at the moment, but I couldn't see a way of getting to way/894724194 from the east - you have to go round via node/702577151 . It's not the only bit of Jorvic Way that's a problem at the moment - the bit east of Tadcaster is too.
Best Regards,
Andy

There's still a bit of overlap here between relation/5480036#map=13/53.2662/-3.8939 and relation/1850847#map=13/53.2865/-3.8587 - it'd need someone familiar with the area to resolve.

@mapman44 why did you remove these tags - what benefit do you think it had, given that the underlying data is unchanged?
Cheers,
Andy

Oops - the split in Coppergate was deliberat. The Minster Way apparently goes down Castlegate before heading down to the river. See relation/1903816#map=19/53.95761/-1.08140 for info. Now there's a little extra spur to the Nessgate junction.
Cheers,
Andy
