Is node/387456504/history definitely not called the Colwick Park any more? Most Toby Carveries do have a name somewhere, even if the Toby branding is more prominent.

@pitscheplatsch - I've checked a few of these and the deletions actually look OK - there's been a "delete / redraw" process when adding roundabout flares, for example.

It's mapped as "layer=1; tunnel=yes" - is that because it's in the air but covered?

Despite the source listed here, from discussions with the mapper the only changest in this series with Google-derived content is changeset/44387103 (that's now been reverted and redacted).

This changeset has been reverted fully or in part by changeset/44765549 where the changeset comment is: Reverting some google.cn derived objects in Albania

As you can see from the orange line around this change on the map at the right when you view the changeset on the OpenStreetMap website, it overlaps with the Atlantic because some data was accidentally added there.
It's been deleted now, but have you any idea how incorrect latitude and longitude values could have got into the data that you added?

The path way/461457844 doesn't seem to match anything on the imagery. I'm guessing that you're perhaps making stuff up for Pokemon Go? If so, please don't do that - it'll just get deleted.

Whilst it might make sense to restore some of this detail, I'm a bit sceptical about others - I doubt that
way/385445828 is any sort of "pedestrian area", for example.

@vbth I wouldn't worry too much about what any particular map does or doesn't show, since they all show different things. I've tried to merge everything together and added a building in way/462068160 .

The most-used tag for references that you can't use for navigation because they don't appear on signs is "official_ref" http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org.uk/keys/official_ref . There's some usage of that further north in Italy (see http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/kSK ). There will always be edge cases (perhaps "everybody knows" that this is the A01) but that would have to be a decision for the Sicilian community.
