The "leisure" tag is not the only one that's a bit rubbish here. "name:en" should be "Lake Constance" not "Lake of Constance".

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Edits that you make update the one shared map that everyone sees. That's why it's important that only valid edits are made to the map. If you want to experiment with the API, you can do so over at http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org (an exact copy of the main site apart from the map display).

Just to be clear, the block isn't to stop them editing, it's to alert them to the fact that they're editing a shared map :)
Hopefully they'll read the message and engage with other mappers. Unfortunately MAPS.ME doesn't make this very clear (and it's more complicated here because their phone language doesn't seem to match their native one)
