Previously part of Tower Bridge Road and two parts of Decima Street were part of the multipolygon. This didn't look right - most importantly because the imagery shows Tower Bridge Road as quite wide here and the pedestrian area much narrower than previously drawn.
Also the packaging of the outside roads into a multipolygon meant as far as I can see they were no longer valid geometrical objects in their own right - I was seeing one (arguably correctly) not shown and one (arguably in error) appear.
What's missing now I suspect is the "logical linear footway" through the pedestrian area, and where it connects to the sidewalk (or perhaps a crossing) to the south, and the connections to the crossings at east and northeast.

That's great! If you're familiar with the local conditions then yes - you'll have a pretty good idea what the tracktype is.

Unfortunately the scale of the problem is such that I don't think that it's physically possible for you do do that.
An overpass query http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1dvN covers a relatively small area of Ukraine and includes 1332 ways all added by you with an unfeasible tracktype. Many, like the example above, will presumably not be tracks at all but have multiple problems - not only has the wrong sort of feature been added, but in the wrong place (there's a clear offset between whatever poor-quality imagery that MapWithAI is using and the best available at osm.org).

What I can see from your later edits is that you only "correct" very few problems and still miss lots of errors.

Can you please explain what process you are going to use to fix the errors that you have created. If you can't explain that effectively, we'll have no option to revert your erroneous additions (to be clear, the DWG has had a number of requests from the community in Ukraine asking us to do this).

Can you explain what your source of the tags on way/960173443/history was? There is no useful information in the changeset comment that might explain how you thought that it was a highway=track, never mind tracktype=grade3. Looking at the imagery, and especially the geometry of the nearby ways, it looks more like a waterway=stream than a highway=track, and the tracktype=grade3 is pure fantasy.
Please explain the process by which you added it.

You've added way/972101687/history as a "highway=track; tracktype=grade3" here, but looking at the underlying imagery, this looks like a complete fantasy. There is little on the Maxar imagery that would suggest any sort of track; how you managed to determine that it was "tracktype=grade3" I have no idea.
It's looking increasingly like we'll need to delete all of your additions of this type, but please follow the advice at osm.org/user_blocks/5479 first.
