It's reasonable to assume that all countries have a verifiable Chinese name (and a name in most other common languages) but not reasonable to assume that every hamlet or small town does.

| 109747676 | A worldwide edit where the changeset is on 11 objects doesn't seem unreasonable to me, and it also seems like an obvious "typo fix" that really doesn't need a prior discussion - (where the name is Chinese) it's obviously wrong. There's an argument that the extra language names on way/39297336/history might not match reality, or might just be transliterations or descriptions, but that's a discussion to be had with the mapper that added them.
