For info there were 3000-odd other buildings edited by this mapper also called "Q". I've removed the names in changeset/104987670 .

Please do try and use descriptive changeset comments in your changesets. Here you've used "#msfk#msfk21", which is just some letters and numbers that no-one will be able to understand. If what you're doing is "adding some buildings in Somalia using aerial imagery" then say that - it'll help people to understand what you're doing, and will help people to help you if something goes wrong.

It's been restored now. I know that Ugandan boundaries change frequently - is there a problem with the relation as it stands at the moment?
