OK, then you'll need to add a "name:eu" to the object rather than editing the "name" tag. You probably won't be able to use "Cartes.app" to do that.

The changeset comment here says "changed the tag", but that doesn't really explain what you were doing here?

AS a side-note, the entry at osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities for Uber in London says that the community was contacted "Continually". Can you please link to where this happened, and in particular to where the community agreed that Uber's edits would be beneficial?
