PS Thanks for that link to the umap, extracting the tar from the website, converting and importing into an office table is a pain. If this is auto update it's be super.

Cheers

Exactly why you should only have added a fixme. I pass all of these stations dozens of times annualy, particularly the Coppa one, been there at least 10 years and only sells diesel and 95. In that, the station you added the MISE in separate CS requires fuel type tags and MISE source ref. You can take lead from the stations you 'updated'
You will find more stations with odd/conflicting info here, a big tax fraud came to light last year or the year before in this area by carburanti operators. 17 million IIRC. Q8 on Enzo Ferrari also operates on another station's license and is no listed in the MISE, at least the last time i rechecked, just few hundred meters from the municipal Police head office, lol. The operator refused to give me the number after explaining what its used in.
Dont lose info, move it to notes or old_ref. New license, store the old one on the old_ref key.

Cheers

Hi,

On "removed ref:mise from 1 fuel_station". Every fuel station must have one. The particular one where you removed the MISE has been subject of discussion, used by several stations. The Register only lists it for 1 set of coordinates.

Hi and welcome to OSM

Your globe spanning change set comment does not cover what you actually did.

1) Please break up your edits per country. Now every mapper around the world gets your changes listed in their local history.
2) Complete the comments
3) Check after saving if your edit set includes warnings of problems. Here you did not connect crossing (high) ways. You know where you mapped them so it should be easy for you to go back whereas for other mappers is searching for the needle where you did what.

MTIA, and happy mapping.

PS: Surprisingly, stationary is used 114 times per Taginfo, office supplies 280 times, the day before 279. Not many exist is OSM world.

Hold on to your socks, OSM description for 'stationary' shop is.... "A shop selling office supplies, Lol.

Hi

Your 'Rettifiche' has resolved 2 things (roles) and broke 3 (see above CS analysis) to include a half line which has the construction tag on it. What is it supposed to be? There used to be a complete construction area suspecting you forgot to remove the construction area line (The geometry error). The other indicate missing inner/outer tags on area outline, one belonging to the construction line again but don't see where the second role is missing.

Please fix.

Hi,

18 warnings of unconnected ways in this change set. ALSO, the 'forest' relation role tags on the grassland around Caspoggio should be 'outer' as it is not 360 degrees uninterruptedly circled by the forest. The grassland corridor to Lanzada breaks the 360 situation.

cheers

PS Also adjust lays of various ways based on ESRI.

Hi,

Welcome to OSM AND Nice, except above shows you created 2 problems! warnings:mismatched_geometry:unclosed_multipolygon_part
When you map, DIRFT: Do It Right
First Time, Every Time, and if you can't, start small by mapping buildings, a patch of grass, an alley. Save and look at the change set if it got warnings and alerts that need attention.

If you need help fixing this let me know.

PS Your comment only says you created the Dragonara area but you did a lot more. Comment on a change set should be complete... Do what you write, write what you do.

NB: Many inside areas in this forest have not been tagged at all as 'inner' thusly rendering with trees on grass, meadow, bare rock, scree etc.

Hi,

looks like you broke or did not close the park outer ring of "Parco dei Colli di Bergamo", see warning above being "warnings:mismatched_geometry:unclosed_multipolygon_part" . Fixed in changeset/117935926.

There's also a warnings:crossing_ways:highway-highway that was not connected. I leave that up to you.

Hi Too,

Worldwide edits should use English in the comment box ;? Nobody but few scholars speak German in Japan ;P)

prov_name 3 uses (moi), PROV_name 87 uses, why the caps not known, but going by the names of the tags somewhere in the Indonesian archipelago. official_name 487K uses and even official_name:it with 501 and none of them have a wiki link in TagInfo to describe their utility, but reading official_name:en=* my thumbs down. The prov_name seemed the logical extension of the nat_name (114K use) and reg_name key (38K use) but otherwise frankly, it's wurst to me. As so often the documentation is wholly wanting, we(me) map by gut feeling. Let me know what the boss ruling is.

Have a nice Sunday

117193533

Oh, so you know, did not surmise that from your question, sorry. Well, the purpose is that if a local name comes to light and there nearly doubtlessly is, usually changing name at the city jurisdiction boundaries, we have the nat_name for the Statale, the reg_name for regional and prov_name for the Provincial, pre-empting those who're not good at preserving information.
