And indeed the riddle solved, a large offshore contractor sitting right next door controls the access to the heliport, the massive communication tower another sign https://www.micoperi.com/it

Added the access way for routing purposes.

Ah see it now, aeroport=he... liport ;O) why the aeroway:type=airfield is gone I do not know. Seemed a valid tag to me per the wiki, but then many are written in stenographic... wanting.

There's a container storage and transit area next door, not mapped yet. There's a few of these in the region. Also Ortona is the naval center of Adriatic oil/gas drilling servicing like Den Helder port and De Kooij is for flying, Jan. Whatever you 'improved' is mysterious too, but you seem to have a keen interest in places from which one goes airborne ;o
)

PS seen many a helicopter from my hilltop going direction of the 8 rigs I can see on clear days coming from the Ortona direction but did not know where from until yesterday. And anonymous is the game here. countless industrial buildings without any signs whatsoever of what they are or do.

Now THAT last link is the best since the invention of sliced bread. I'm positively not interested in seeing the 'continental, hemispheric, global' edit sets, only the area I map in.
NB does it include global sets that have made changes in my region of interest, for that I do not want to miss out on.

Hi,

your Acqua & Sapone shops in Italy are tagged as (i tuoi negozi Acqua & Sapone in Italia sono contrassegnati come)

nightclub (Genova ;)
department_store
convenience_store
furniture_store
chemist

Only the last is correct, so if you have quick access to adjust all the wrong tags, please do. (Solo l'ultimo è corretto, quindi se hai un accesso rapido per regolare tutti i tag sbagliati, fallo.)

TIA

Great, but why does the whole mapping world have to know, and oddly again the boundary box hitting left top on the Berlin area and right bottom on South East Asia. Pretty please, split your edit sets i.e. edit in Germany, then save, then edit in Asia and save, as this is next to unreviewable.

TIA

Hi

On your momentarily still open CS one Acqua & Sapone is tagged as nightclub. Did not know they'd moved into the 'dopo mezzanotte' life. ;O)

The change set included dislodging various buildings from powerlines causing it to look much larger than the actual mapped residential area.

hi,

Frankly, I'm unable to fit the idea of this being a cyclestreet to what's written in the wiki, all 4 language versions: osm.wiki/NL:Key:cyclestreet#Nederland . A cyclestreet, on a navy base at that, not allowing motorcars e.g. is not a cyclestreet, just a bicycle track. Are the applicable signs in place?

107229115

Hi,

Vehicle=no makes it a pretty empty street or as the German language wiki best describes "Offizielle Zugangsbeschränkung für Fahrzeuge aller Art, dazu gehören LKW, PKW, Busse, Traktoren, Motorräder, Mofas, Fahrräder.". No bicycles either. where the Taginfo description of cyclestreet is "A '''cyclestreet''' is a street designed as a bicycle route, but on which cars are also allowed". Think some exception tagging is in order. At least the OSM route tester refuses to use the way other than by foot.

Peppone was back on wednesday, in an anonymous caravan with brick print on the outside. He confirmed it was him still so I wished him bentornato.

Hi,

The name Piazza Asterope maybe should have been recorded as old_name. Apparently it's and area and there's even bus stops right outside going by the references Asterope N and Asterope S for Nord e Sud I suspect. Gastronomia, Cinema, Apartment block nearby also use the name so think something needs mapping here.

Hi,

Funny, when I mapped my imported cycle trace goes absolutely straight at the Via Volta/Nenni crossing. Always knew I could fly low ;O)))

Stay cool

PS Will add source:name tag and yield spot to Nenni>Volta.
If you have bus stops, could you please see which routes visit them. Tag route:ref=nn;nn etc. Long term I'll be mapping more bus route relations. Some of the present ones as documented by e.g. Moovit do not match reality. A classic case presently at Falcone & Borsellini. seen the buses stop there of line 14 but the spot is way outside the bus routing, so much so that Osmose gives an alert. Need to update, whence finding a reliable source (visit the TUA office ;)

cheers

DONT change the inner / outer, your logic goes wildly beyond how OSM works. Simple, an area fully enveloped by a bigger one needs doing this as e.g. a pond inside a forest would then render with water and trees growing in it.

Ambulance parking is SE side. Via Cagliari 1, Villa Raspa with entrance door SW wall.

106995230

Cycled over and round the back, ignorance is bliss, there were 2 of those ta tu, ta tu there hiding in proper emergency posture, with the nose to the exit. It's for when someone at Club La Poeta ends up clogging the arteries critically with too much rich cheeses on the pizza bottom.

106995230

Looked yesterday whence descended from Mount Majella, their Spoltore 'office' is in an entirely different location, their ambulance stations too. Whatever your source is, lest there's an address to confirm an existence, not mappable. Did not see one on your node. So happens few meters from that spot is a city_limit begin sign of Villa Raspa (fraz Spoltore), where as most often the street name changes too and it does.

All tags start at 1 and end up in discussion or as the Wiki page of wiki pages says, "... you can map anything within guidelines... " such as tag structure. If it's deemed incorrect or deprecated a wizard alert will show up or gets added to your warning list such as "Deprecated, use instead".
2 million uses of phone is pathetic... I'd have thought it to be in the 10s of millions for the whole 'phone' tag including group. Also, phone:tollfree like the 800 numbers. They do not require country prefix, don't even work from abroad. When I see them with a QA warning "... not expected format' which in Italy is starting with a 0, I'll tag them over.

107016137

Documenting the tag, adding a paragraph would be good, 3700 uses per Taginfo i.e. accepted. First use will invite a review if acceptable, which it is.
