Just curious, you left the layer=-1 on after removing the building tag (which I have no idea why it was there, but it rendered nicely, is that going to cause some 'highway underground without tunnel' type of warning? Think it should go too.

Did not know an area and a single node could be put together in a multipolygon to get a name in the desirable place. Bookmarked for future ref. The weirdest overlaps I'm seeing.

Lol, left it there for the one who originally just drew a line rather than an area. Touch something and it becomes part of your issue list if something does not meet His Master's Voice standards.
Anyway, good it's done and dusted, speriamo.

It's and issue I've stumbled over in past. Large changeset, then discovering before applying that one in the early parts was incorrect. Unfortunately, you can't delete/reverse a step as everything is chain linked, so I truly try to limit to the territory where I am.
Seeing like a dozen a day of these cross continental edits and they stick for days in the history view no matter what zoom level, casual and mechanical editors. If only we could suppress these unless they truly touch on a node in the area.

Sorry, 3 Q8 in town, and only 2 listed.

94550458

Trice ;?))) So many pharmacies and fuel stations here have had outdated tags, and as soon as you add something, you get marked for something else missing on the POI by His Master's Voice. One fuel station of Q8 has been in operation since years, but never does show up in the MISE list. There are 2 of Q8 in town, but the database only lists 2 and Q8 themselves happily lists them all 3. Anyway, there was an 26+ people arrest some months ago here for tax avoidance fraud, authorities claiming they dotched like 50 million in taxes. The fuel here remains inexplicably cheap to anywhere else in the region, if not country.
Anyway, on the msal can only remember 1 alert in the Neis report.

If you do tag the name, Rione Calipari will show up twice on the map right over each other, at least that's what it did 2 months ago i.e. a mapping for rendering.

94550458

Lol, I did that twice while editing fuel stations at same time, corrected 1, but never got a flag warning for Simoncelli.
thx.

The purpose was as placeholder for a suburb outline which otherwise gives an issue report,..."without a name".

Yup, an excuse it seems 'worldwide tracing spree'. Too many have figured out mechanical editing at that or the place of residence edit, and while there do one in my native town 10,000 miles away, 5000 miles south. This one certainly showed up in my little nook on the hill, hitting great lakes to outback australia. It's on thousands of contributors wish lists, not to get to see those in the history list touching on their corner of the planet. :o(

I suppose with the hundreds of samples I seen in the region of segmentized roundabouts, me being originally merging them and getting slapped in the face by the very route/turn restrictions caused me to reconsider the practise. Routing a bus route and having a silly full circle show even when it's an immediate on and off, a long right turn so to speak. At least I consider this far from mapping for renderer. Just because there was not a conflict is certainly not a justification to just plow ahead, because by these actions you inhibit implementing those restrictions, in fact have 2 new roundabouts on hand where certain traffic is forbidden to take certain turn actions. As yet no advise how to map that. Anyway, you stating this triggers routing issues across half of Europe does confirm, we're not mapping for it to be proper but for Flixbus etc convenience. There seems to be more of that convenience going around regrettable... don't map because it shakes up the applecart.
Have a nice day.

94400116

BTW, I've seen this now happening on several rotondas, another to name at Pindaro/SS16, and, maybe coincidentally, it seems Flixbus is in the neighborhood.

Do not quite understand why the roundabout has to be a single circle when e.g. the bus routes passing do not us/touch certain sections. Of all the existing, none in fact seem to go across the piece between the northern side on and off of Corso Umberto I. Also, this has potential of breaking on and off turn restrictions. E.g. 16 Montesilvano FS comes off Gaspari, goes on and off again northbound only using half the roundabout.
Plz elucidate.

Hi,
I'm afraid the tagging did not turn quite as uniform as you intended on ref, ncn & network as you may have intended, and that's me not even exhaustively comparing, but thanks anyway for fixing the shortcomings.

Why am I seeing this in my square mile on the Fiume Pescara? Ah yes, 1 changeset that has a dozen changes in the deep south of Reggio Calabria and then adds one more near Milan. Kindly split up your sets next time. Many mappers will thank you.

93217120

I'll think of that next time when adding toll gates and gantries, to check the routing.

Thx.

I've corr. the direction.

93057074

Went to look with sat imagery and streetview. The added direction was added pointing 180 degrees opposite how it's painted on the road.

93057074

Hi,

Me again, if you have not seen my comment to a change you made to a T.Sign in Pescara, you are demonstrating the exact pitfall on this change. The 'forward' beam now points towards Anzaven where logically it should be pointing towards Petricelli, up.Are you sure that's right?
cheers

Hi, I've actually stopped using forward/backward on non-one way roads and put the signs to the side (as was advised to do by a presumed expert), which forces the use of degrees of view. Right now I've after 3300 edits still not figured out what forward/backward is on both way roads. Sometimes forward points east, sometimes forward points west. Also found out if I put direction and traffic_sign:direction on same node it actually ignores the direction= tag. Suppose that's #maproulette for me.
cheers
