If not already seen, have a look north Milano surroundings, 108 hits traffic_sign=IT:Senso vietato up to some 9 years back, seemingly 1 mapper.

State of breaks

1) Farmland losing many members (50) of multipolygon outline.
2) Meadow same
3) Residential area same
4) Scrub relation dropping from 7 to just 1 member in MP
5) Having corrected and added missing tags on 9 bus routes! A 10th not fixed as it is just 2 street long with a gap in the middle.

Sadly, back to the original, no consensus, of what the Via Tiburtina Valeria / SS5 is on OSM and what continues to be absent as a historical route relation on the OSM system for the full stretch of 214km as pictured in the same wiki

and this which happily continues to reference the SR5 exSS5, the ref=SR5 which sticks out including smack in the middle of > 10000 inhabitants areas.

Finally, a multi year annoyance, someone deciding that some admin ruling of an SR5 designation superceded ther signs at the side of the road, and new ones still being placed anno 2022.

What I'm a bit confused about is that Via Tiburtina Valeria is signed all the way till the rail underpass at Largo Eugenio Sirolli in Pescara, Wiki says so too in words, but the route relation ends at Chieti Scalo at this time. Am I missing something, more work in the pipeline on this?

PS, the map note from circa 2020 can now be closed, for now.

AFAIR Most all the signs I ever did have a description in words, Italian (English) when using the IT:abc codes, not only IT:C2. Truly beyond someone doing that without consultation.

Seeing that change I remembered to have tagged IT:C2 hundreds of times, even ID Editor adopted the descriptive tag at one point so often it was used.

Anyway, the one you put your fixme on is Senso Vietato too, both sides of the oneway street end.

PS There's a plugin which actually has numeric coding for Italy to include one for "No Exit" which continues to be missing in the Italian wiki you 'corrected'. JOSM has one I attached w/ presets for 5 countries, the German part by far the most expansive. (Deutsche Gründlichkeit ;P). Adding Italy would be far-out.

As noted, when the dark/light blue lines disappear in the OSM Inspector geofabrik view tonight all should be well.

Let me recommend JOSM to you since seeing u are on ID Editor. JOSM is very good at diagnosing problems on complex multipolygon to include the relations editor has a button to download all members, up to including very big and signal issues *prior* to saving the edit set with a validator pane listing all problems great and small. It's a bit getting used to, took me a while to learn all the tricks it knows, to include an easy function to combine side sharing areas of same and converting multipolygons to simple polygons with it's 'reconstruct' function.

Feel free to let me know if things are still not 100% here, but mostly, OSMI and Osmose notify the mapper(s) that edited an object i.e. I will be told automatically by the daily and 12 hourly diagnostic reports

This forest multipolygon, see relation/4218385/history , needs a serious cleanup, inner areas that are no longer inner and inner areas that share a side which should have a single inner combo line drawn around them.

The dark blue is where inner is passing at least twice also flagged with duplicate segments. The light blue indicates an inner should be outer as well.

If you leave this area alone for the next 24 hours, I'll try to correct all the flagged problems, the net being that this forest is going to turn into 3 or 4 outer forest areas in a single multipolygon relation.

The Inspector view will update tonight sometime after 22:30

One of the elements on a long route relations touched made this CS bound box overlarge. Sorry.

Reported to DWG. farmland was broken dropping from 137 to 85 outline members but also a meadow relations was broken and history shows that lines and nodes are being deleted which is only possible if the relation to the multipolygons was first deleted i.e. not accidental, but rather with intend, although motive is unknown. Certainly the change set comments omit any explanation just speaks of 'e varie'

Valiant..., this one looks seriously borkt. Did another isolated area by same mapper south of this one. Seems many mappers have not read the book... areas that share a side with the outline of a greater area are not inner, to be treated as not part of the multipolygon relation.
Maybe s/he will read this. :O)

a few corrections posted in CS changeset/132915112

1) repair park boundary. Watch for integrity of relations, bus routes, parks, city outlines etc
2) remove name from roundabout, only names specific to the rotatoria area apply. Some have a name of their own, but most don't.
3) added give_way spots.

Linea 507: Chiasso Crocione - Chiasso Stazione => Morbio Inferiore Serfontana needs more work and study as it got impossible routing at Via Soldini and gaps as Chiasso Stazione.

Currently Bologna Mazzini station is mapped as being entirely on a bridge/area for the full length of the rail platform They are actually, but for the section across Via Levante, on a rail embankment. Also observing tag of bridge:structure=suspension. I see steel beams on the side and old brick laid viaduct arches at the centre.

I've corrected the castle relation tag placement and roles and removed layer=1 as it made it an air castle and now showing 1 castle on the map instead of 2. ;O)
