Hi Saykay 04, buildings are mapped as polygons with the tag building=*. Adding historic=building nodes on already mapped buildings is not right. These changes have been reverted via changeset/183192409.

Hi Tema check check, welcome to OSM. If you only wanted to change a name, you didn't have to edit the geometries. Your changes have to be reverted due to errors created via changeset/183192058.

Did you intend to add Agogowa as a name? natural=Agogowa is not a valid tag.

Thus, the name will be restored to the previous version.

Address nodes are supposed to be standalone. Create a new node for new objects. I've corrected this one but take note for future edits.

The shop might have moved, but I believe the building is still there. You should have kept the building polygon and removed the shop tags instead.

You can keep the metadata in your privately stored version. It's not needed or useful in OSM. Each object in OSM has its own metadata, which is not added to the tags.

creation_date, Creator, Editor, and surveyor_name all need to go.

ambulance, electricity_available, level_of_care, and staffing are not standard keys. Check amenity=hospital, amenity=clinic, healthcare=* for tags that may be appropriate.

I think emergency=no is better suited for ambulance=no. Creator can be replaced with source=*.

Welcome to OSM and thanks for your contribution. Kindly note that OSM uses standardised tags to map features, e.g. healthcare=* for health facilities, which you have rightly used. However, metadata like creation_date, edit_date, etc., that you have included in the tags are not necessary. After a survey, you need to clean the data and upload only what is necessary for OSM.

Hi Beatrice Agboglah, welcome to OSM. In this changeset and the previous one, you have deleted building polygons and replaced them with subpar unorthogonal polygons.
You are currently not improving what exists, so I will advise you, as a beginner, to focus on mapping buildings that haven't already been traced.

You need to understand the changes you're making before saving them.

Do not delete mapped buildings with all attributes, replacing them with low-quality ones.
Tracing over existing buildings is also unacceptable.

Understand the highway=* tags before using them: the roads within KNUST are not highway=primary.

Try to fix the warnings that are highlighted when saving your changes.

There are many issues with your changeset, so I have to revert it. As a beginner, focus on adding data at places where there is none. Modifying existing data that you may not fully understand may cause more harm than good.

Hi Escapade6850, if the shop has moved, you should move the node to the new location rather than removing tags. If it's already added at the new location, you should delete the old one.

Hi XXTENTATION, the name=* tag is used for official or recognised name of places. Using descriptions such as "field" is discouraged. Similarly, operator=* also takes a name. Physical tags such as amenity=bank or leisure=pitch describe what the object is, so it's unnecessary to add that as names.

Hi Samuel Asante, use building=yes to map buildings. area=yes doesn't mean anything.

Hi puplampu, don't use descriptions in the name=* tag. "uncompleted building" isn't a name.

Hi ERIC TWUM-UEW, it's bad practice to trace over existing objects and give them the same tags. There's no use for that. From recent imagery, there is a building here instead.
