One thing you should note is that we don't use ALL UPPER CASE values in OSM, but rather Title Case. I reviewed and corrected your earlier changeset. Please consider this for future additions and correct the ones you've already mapped.

Also, addr:city is used for cities like Accra, Kumasi, etc. Kpassa is a town so addr:town is more suitable.

OSM has a standard for recording opening hours and service times, which you can find here: opening_hours=*. You used it correctly for the police station, but not for the others.

It's also not right to add building=* tag to an amenity if you are mapping the entire land area it covers. The building tag is for buildings only.

There were existing buildings, albeit mapped less than an hour before you, where you added new buildings. Update the data before uploading when mapping HOT Tasks to prevent this problem.

Secondly, your changeset comment does not tell us what you actually did. Learn about making good changeset comments here [2].

The changes you made also introduce a lot of errors so it, unfortunately, had to be reversed [3].

If you want to denote that the building you added is a house, use building=house instead. The name tag is reserved for the actual name of a building. Review these changes and remove the name=House tag from the buildings.

Hello King Cyrus, names on OSM are written in Title Case but not UPPERCASE. Revise this changeset and keep that in mind for future edits.

Hello Stackz911, thanks for contributing to the map in Ghana. Please know that only official names are added to buildings. That is, if it's publicly known or is inscribed on the building. I doubt every building here is named 'Dansoman'.
