Olet lisännyt "Viholan veneramppi":n kahdesti, yhtä reaalimailman asiaa kuvataan vain yhdellä objektilla OSM:ssa. [1]

Lisäksi olet merkinnyt kyseisen luiskan operaattoriksi nokian kaupungin ja kolmella kielellä descriptionin siitä, että kaupunki ylläpitää kyseistä paikkaa. Onko tälle tiedolle joku lähde? Kyseistä luiskaa ei löydy nokian kaupungin nettisivuilta (muut kolme löytyy), ja lisäksi tuo paikka näyttää kohtalaisen autioituneelta.

Poistin viholanrannasta parking:left=no ja parking:right=shoulder tagit, toisella puolella ei ole pysäköintikieltoa ja toisella puolella ei ole erillistä piennarkaistaa jota "shoulder" arvo kuvaa.

En ymmärrä mitä addr-tagit tekevät landuse=residential:ssa. Normaalisti näille ei anneta osoitetta, vaan osoitteet annetaan rakennuksille tai nodeina tonttien kohdalle. Mitä Kaakamonkaari edes tarkoittaa asuinalueen osoitteena, kun alueella on ainakin neljä muutakin katua?

Onko näille alueiden nimille jokin lähde? "Hervantajärvi" on jo merkattu asuinalueena tähän, (place=suburb).

Kantalan teollisuusalue ei ole yksittäinen factory, eikä siellä varmaankaan ole yhtenäistä piirivartiointia.

Nämä räjähdekeskuksen tagit ovat yhtä hämmentäviä - mikä on lähde vartiointitavalle esimerkiksi, ja miksi sen kirjaaminen OSM:aan on mitenkään tarkoituskenmukaista?

Mitä tarkoittaa häshtag keskellä tagia, kuten: "military=danger_area # Tai military=depot (jos pelkkä varastoalue)"

"Sotilasalue - Puolustusvoimien varikko" on kuvaileva nimi. Alueen oikea nimi lienee "Räjähdekeskus" ainakin nettisivujen mukaan.

Onko tuo rantapolku oikeasti gravel eikä fine_gravel tai compacted? Wikistä löytyy tagien tarkoitukset.

Tämä ei myöskään ole sidewalk, koska se tarkoittaa jalkakäytävää.

Olet lisännyt Korsumäen auton pihaan highway=residential ja highway=living_street, samoin Karilainen parkkipaikalla on highway=living_street. Wikistä löytyy selitykset tietyypeistä, samoin iD-editori näyttää ne. Mutta nämä on kyllä täysin väärin.

natural=heath on suomeksi nummi, joka on melko harvinainen biotyyppi suomessa, ja vielä harvinaisempi kerrostalojen pihassa.

Highway=residential'iin ei ole tarpeen erikseen tagata bicycle=yes, foot=yes, motor_vehicle=yes, nämä on default-arvoja, jotka kaikki reititysmoottorit olettavat muutenkin. osm.wiki/OSM_tags_for_routing/Access_restrictions#Finland

Nyt tuo Esperin driveway ei ole enää pihakatu (hyvä), mutta lisäsit kuitenkin traffic_sign=FI:E27;FI:H12.4 eli pihakatu päättyy merkin tähän, onko siellä oikeasti sellainen?

Kumosin nämä lisäykset ylläolevan keskustelun perusteella. maxspeed=30 on oikein, koska alueella on 30 aluerajoitus.

Tähän samaan tienpätkään on jo pariin otteeseen lisätty erilaisia tageja, joita tosiaan paikan päällä havainnointi tue. Tuo on siis mielestäni highway=service, living_street ja nopeusrajoitus vaatisi liikennemerkin, samoin nuo muutkin lisäykset.

Eli kenttään ei voi vain kirjoittaa "maanantaista torstaihin kello 8-15" ja olettaa että kaikki maailman karttaohjelmat osaavat lukea tämän. (Korjailin näitä suomesta reilut kymmenen sinun tekemääsi, en jaksa nyt enempää...)

And for your examples about Tiergarten and Kensington, Tiergarten actually has a lot of forest parts in it (forest according to definition of natural=wood or landuse=forest) so that's correct. Kensinton is definitely incorrect, but most of those forests are mapped 9+ years ago and never changed. So I think it's not the wiki that is outdated practice...

And if you check Keskuspuisto in Helsinki, you will see that it is largely mapped as natural=wood because it is a forest.

They provide information - just the wrong one! I have also noticed that the same mistake has been repeated in some other parks, Stephen' Green in Dublin is the best one because drone image of the park is in the leisure=park article explaining how it is not a forest.

Meaning of the tags is defined in the wiki and you can open a proposal to change the meaning of the tag if you want.

However, if you want to draw an area like this, you can ATYL! Or someone has already done that, landcover=trees and I can revert my change and mark them as leafcover if you want.

I also added some of the trees in Marianpuisto, and also added the leaf type. If you have surveyed the trees you could add the genus too.

If the foot and bike parts are not physically separated, they should be mapped as one line and segregated=yes. Same logic applies for road with multiple lanes (or road with a bike lane), if the lanes are not physically separated, it is one OSM object.

And "physical separation" would be curb, fence, grass strip etc.

In general very good work! But I wouldn't use natural=wood to represent groups of trees in a park. I think it's best to use landuse=grass and tree nodes, instead of mapping the leaf canopy of trees.

(natural=wood would mean forest with no forestry management, so the ground level should look like a forest floor too)

I think this is good Lieckio! When mapping landuse city block-by-block, the edge is very arbitary, but with this method It has physically defined border.

I think other option would be to have landuse completely detached from anything else, and using larger landuse areas that also cover smaller roads (basically thinking that highway=residential is also part of landuse=residential)
