Thank you for the feedback.
I reviewed the changeset and found that I had created a driveway segment in the US region but forgot to close the changeset afterward. Later, I downloaded a task in Switzerland using the same changeset. However, I did not make any edits to way/583035433 or in that location.
Going forward, I will make sure to keep my changesets smaller and focused on one country or task at a time

I've crated a continuous sidewalk connecting to both ends to avoid any hanging/dangling segments. Going forward, I'll ensure all edits are made in accordance with the SLI evidence.
