If a settlement has a 'town charter' which Llandysul and the others have. Then it is a town. Town status has nothing to do with population.

Hi, this is the only road accessing south walney. In my book that makes it important enough for tertiary as it also accesses a tourtist attration too. That said I have cut it back as Hare Lane and the campsites.
